When focusing on one patient (e.g., 'John'), the user wants to access that patient's profile and see ONLY that patient's notes, tasks, and communications - not a mixed list from all patients. This aligns with how clinicians work: by focusing on one patient at a time. Currently there's no clear way to view patient-specific information in one place without EHR integration.

as well, could I please request that for teams, the patient profiles are linked across all providers? It is becoming confusing to manage multiple patient records for a single patient, and requires a lot of digging to then integrate relevant history from each of the different clinicians they have seen. Thank you!
