I agree! The pre-charting workflow to click and add context suggested does the opposite of what Heidi is intended to do, it adds time to my charting and workflow.

Would be beneficial for heidi to automatically "pull" certain parts of a patient's chart for note context, this would include PMH, RECENT labs, vitals, medications, and possibly new documents since last visit.

This then of course leads to reminders for screening, med review based on GFR/interactions etc. The future is bright!

I realize that integration is still in its infancy, but ideally functionality should prevent the need for me to scroll through a patient's chart and gather data. However, delicate balance with chart bloat and notes that lose acute context.
