Tom I will attach specific example of a table that I would like to add to my "Wisdom tooth OP note" template. If we work this out then can work on additional templates. best DY.
Abbreviations:
CBI --> Complete bony impacted
PBI --> Partial Bony Impacted
STI --> Soft tissue impacted.
Sx --> Surgical
