I would say a selection per user, just like we can select the date format.

UK Time format

This is when I have imported sessions, but then the patient changes the date/time. I then have to manually change the time, and when you do, you have to change the hours, minutes, and AM/PM. Having a 24-hour time would mean I don't need to switch between AM and PM.

Example. A client books in for 10:00 am and changes to 02:00 pm. If I had a 24-hour system, I could just change it to 14:00, and the AM/PM would automatically change instead of me having to change the AM/PM.

Thanks for the suggestion, Stephen Queen — totally get how flipping AM/PM multiple times a day gets annoying.

A 24‑hour clock default/setting for session time on desktop/browser makes a lot of sense. I’ll share this with the team.

Quick couple of questions so we capture it correctly:

1) Should this be a per-user setting (saved in your Heidi settings), or something you’d want per-organisation?

2) Do you want it to apply everywhere time is shown/entered (e.g., session creation/editing, lists), or just the session time field?

3) What region/time format do you typically use (e.g., AU/UK/EU), in case there are any localisation expectations?

If you can share a screenshot of the AM/PM field you’re referring to, that’d help too.
