a place for storing documents prepared with Heidi Evidence beyond the 24hrs download window

When I design patient handouts or other documents with Evidence, I can only download them for 24 hours. I would love a folder where these pdf's can be stored and are easily accessible, beyond the 24hrs download window. Ideally I would love to be able to just link /add it when I finish a session with scribe and email the document to patient or provider . like snippets but bigger? a little library of these documents for me

Thanks for sharing this — that’s a really thoughtful workflow request. A simple library/folder for Evidence-generated PDFs (so they’re accessible beyond the 24-hour download window) and easy to attach/link right after a scribe session would be super handy.
To help us pass this to the team with the right detail:
1) Are these handouts typically reused across many patients (template-style), or are they usually patient-specific?
2) Where would you ideally want to access them from — within a patient profile, a global “Documents library,” or both?
3) When you say “email to patient/provider,” are you hoping Heidi sends the email directly, or just makes it easy to download/attach/share a link?
If you can share an example of the types of documents you create (even a redacted screenshot), that’d help a lot too. I’ll share your feedback with the team.
