could you add a signature option to add to the end of every note ?

- What specific information should be included in the signature (e.g., name, grade, GMC number)?
- Should the signature be automatically added to all notes, or should there be an option to toggle it on and off?
- Is there a specific format or style you prefer for the signature?

Tom yeah something like “Dr x, Locum GP, GMC XXXXXX.”
Could be toggled on and off but would also be fine if it was always there
