I hate em dashes. heidi needs a way to give global instructions to all things heidi produces for example I do not want any em dashes in any emails, documents, referrals and everything heidi produces but there is as of now no way to do this. heidi needs a place to put personalized preferences to extend globally to all things without having to add it to each and every template or each and every instruction i give.

I’ll share this with the team as feedback for a true “global preferences” / “style guide” setting that applies across all Heidi outputs.
Quick couple of questions so we capture it accurately:
1) Should this apply to everything Heidi generates (notes, referrals, letters, emails, summaries), or only specific document types?
2) Is it strictly “replace em dashes with hyphens,” or do you want them removed entirely / replaced with something else (e.g., commas)?
3) Are there any other global style rules you’d want alongside this (e.g., no bullet points, specific headings, spelling variant like US/UK)?
