Ability to Change date

I may be doing something incorrectly - but I often preload Context info night before a clinic. Have lots of Ed Psych reports etc. Is there a way to change the date then when we do actually see the patient? Otherwise Heidi dates don't coincide with clinic booking dates.

Hey Heidi Baker — thanks for flagging this, super helpful. Just to make sure I’m understanding: you’re preloading the Context the night before (e.g., Ed Psych reports etc), then when you generate the note after the actual visit the note date stays as the preload date, so it doesn’t match the clinic booking date — is that right? If so, yep I get why that’s annoying; we’ll take a look at adding a way to change/override the date so it lines up properly.

Tom Yes - that's it. Example - I pre read notes Sunday 15th Feb and load up context ie Ed Psych report summary, school letters, screening forms etc. Patient seen on Monday 16th - on Heidi Scribe the date remains logged as the 15th & I can't work out how to change it to match date I actually saw the child/whanau. Would love to say I get all my letters done on same day......(mind you today I did!) but often later. Bit fiddly then to go back and locate sometimes.
I am also looking at asking Cassie (VA and Nurse) to preload some of the context forms as we have heaps in this field - but won't ask her to if it will create mismatch with clinic bookings.
Possibly less of issue when context content is minimal - but we often have large summaries which are really helpful in informing the letters and content output.
If can get this sorted - you will have every developmental, neuro, psych paediatric doctor on board for sure : ) Alongside sorting the reference to parents vs child I posted in another query. This one might be the way I have set up my template but I have tried a few other templates.
