Ability to export data in a word document template e.g. word doc with header company logos etc

Otherwise I have to copy the info from the exported word document and into my templates (painful). I use Office 365, power automate and Sharepoint rather than a medical records system and we don't post letters to GP - whatsapp, 365 sharing links, secure email etc

Getting the exported file to match the format I need in Microsoft Word is cumbersome. The default document has odd margins, erratic returns and is essentially impossible to edit easily without reformatting it. I would appreciate more control over setting up the exported document.

letterhead for our templates would be great. Make the referral look more professional. We are copy and pasting now.

agree would love to be able to have practice letterhead somehow integrated into the program for patient letters, action plans, work/school excuses to be able to download as a PDF and send directly to the patient. Or even better, be able to email or text it directly (or send via a secure message on the Spruce app) to the patient without having to download it would be a game changer.

If a template for a company/clinic could be uploaded so when PDF's are exported they are already in the headed paper required

With office logo and digital signature.
This could be an upload to my profile and used for documents, usually outside of the emr such as sick notes or insurance responses.
