Ability to interrupt or cancel frozen file uploads in Context tab

Alan needs the ability to interrupt or cancel file uploads when they freeze in the Context tab. Currently, once a file is selected for upload and it freezes, there's no way to stop it, which causes delays. This is particularly problematic when dealing with impatient clients who can't wait for uploads to complete indefinitely.

I’ll raise this with the relevant team as a UX/reliability issue. The ideal behaviour would likely be an obvious cancel upload option, plus a timeout/error state so frozen uploads don’t block the workflow indefinitely.
