Ability to pull data from Accuro

When using the Accuro integration, when Heidi pulls the patient's name it seems to have the patient's first name and last name switched (eg. every time in my template I specify to use the patient's first name it uses the last name instead). It would be great to fix this!
Also, I would love it if Heidi could pull things like allergies, medication list, past history, parent names etc. that I have already documented in Accuro into the note. This would improve the efficiency so much!
Thanks for considering.

Hi Gabrielle,
The first point seems like a mapping issue that needs to be fixed immediately. I will work with the Accuro team to address and keep you posted.
The second point is a great opportunity for Heidi and Accuro for a deeper integration that provides seamless experience for you. Heidi already started pulling previous notes from Accuro and our aim is to continue enhancing Heidi's context by pulling more data. Do you mind if I reach out directly to get some additional feedback from you?

Hi Tom - thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
- I noticed it happening yesterday every time I used the "Follow-Up" template that I created. I also notice that when I open the web version, under my sessions when I click on the patient profile it has swapped the first and last name of the patients (if they are imported from Accuro). It happens with every patient, not just some.
- The most critical are:
- Growth data from the Physical History area (eg. Height, Weight, Percentiles)
- Problem List
- Active Medications
- External Medications
- Allergies
- Parent Names
However, all the others are also useful because on my first visit I try to put all this info as well as Family History, Social History, Past Medical History, Investigations, School info etc. into the chart. Before I was using Heidi, this allowed me to build a template in Accuro that pulled all that information in automatically, and then if I do another consult for a different issue I don't necessarily have to repeat these questions and re-enter all the data. It would be great if Heidi allowed this same functionality.
- Currently I end up copying and pasting info from these sections into the "Context" panel of Heidi, or more often free-typing it in because Accuro won't let me copy-paste all this data (eg. heights/weights, meds, allergies can't be copy-pasted)
Overall I'm really happy with the side-by-side layout of the scribe with my notes!

Great to hear your perspective, Gabrielle Salmers! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide specific examples or templates where the name swapping issue occurs?
- Are there specific data fields in Accuro that are most critical for your workflow?
- How do you currently handle the data that Heidi does not pull from Accuro?
