I would like to use the AI to be able to answer questions for me by scraping through the data from my visit notes with a given patient. For example. If I have been working with a pt and using Heidi consistently from the beginning and have a complete health history reviewed I would like to be able to query all that. " when was this patient's last colonoscopy? have they every tried any other blood pressure medications? where do they work? - I have tested this out and at this point it works well within a single patient note but it will not search multiple notes attached to the same patient. I would love if you added this functionality

Great to hear your perspective, Aharon Arnstein! I have a few more questions for you:
- How important is it for you to have the ability to query across multiple notes in terms of improving your workflow?
- Are there specific types of queries or information retrievals that are most critical for your practice?
- Would you need the ability to query across notes for all patients or just specific ones?

Tom thanks for the quick reply. The ability to query accross multiple notes would allow me to get around the fact that is not an ability in my EMR. It would be very helpful in my estimation. right now it takes sometimes many minutes to search all the places that certain information should be and then having to review PDFs of surgical reports, consult notes and other chart documents to find out answers like, when was the last colonoscopy? has this patient every had a ttg done and what was the result, has this patient ever reported any suicidal ideation in the past, etc etc. To be able to query the whole chart from within an EMR would be the ultimate but this could be a good work around in the mean time. I would want this ability for all patients. thanks.
