Ability to record calls with/without headphones on mobile app

It would be nice to be able to record/dictate while on a call with a patient with/without headphones on the mobile app.

- I am unable to record calls on my mobile if I am taking a call on the same device. Some urgent cases require me to reach out to patients and have an appointment over the phone/facetime but with the current mobile app I need to be on the call with a different device to be able to record on the Heidi mobile app.
- For the mobile app the main function I'd like would be to record calls while they are being taken on the same device.
- The headphones would just be an added perk, but the more pressing matter would be the ability to record/transcribe on my heidi mobile app while taking a call on that device.
