Able to change font style and size

The pasted text always ends up as Times Roman, size 12 whereas me preferred settings are Arial, size 10.
I have to change this with every letter which is annoying as well as time consuming.

Font size, if the note size is too big, different font size will all make the whole notes easier to read.

when editing the heading, I like to put certain text in italic and smaller font. Also it will be nice to have a few option of font types (common, standard one will do) to change

User needs to match the font type and size in templates to their current letterhead, as their EMR is not integrated with Heidi. This would allow consistency between Heidi-generated notes and their official letterhead formatting.

Hey Shailesh, thanks for the feedback I can imagine doing this each time is frustrating.
From what you're saying, it sounds like you're pasting things like referral letters into an email client, which you then use to send off to external staff members or patients? That detail is interesting for us, because if we were to build these flows, we might build in ways for you to actually send and format emails within Heidi itself, in addition to the kind of capability you're talking about.
