Access Previous Appointments by hovering over name in Upcoming appointment list

At present, you can only select past records in the "past" appointment list but you can't see when the person's last appointment date is until it is into the "past" appointment list

Great to hear your perspective, Antony Lo! I have a few more questions for you:
- How important is it for you to access previous appointment dates directly from the upcoming appointment list?
- Would you prefer to see additional details about past appointments when hovering over a name, or just the last appointment date?
- Are there specific scenarios or tasks where having quick access to past appointment dates would be particularly beneficial?

Tom hi.
- Having the function just like in the past appointment list would be fine. I use it to see previous appointments and I like the upgrade last year sometime which told you the regions / problems for that appt.
- I actually want this so I can go copy the notes and any letters into the context because it makes it easier to review their case while I am there talking with them. I type my own subjective into my own clinical notes and paste the Heidi notes into the “objective” section of my emr. I use clinic office v5 by pioneer software.
- I actually don’t like the upcoming and past division to be honest. I have to keep 2 tabs open on my browser so I can go look up stuff about the other sessions because once you are recording, you can’t leave that page (understandable). So if you could default or ask to default loading their old or last session or even which session notes to upload to the context, that would be even better. I am still testing my new templates I developed over the holidays to see if I can take away the need to click each bloody session to include. I miss the single checkbox to include the last 3.
Every single click costs time. It’s not long but it all adds up! A split screen between context and note would be awesome especially for reviewing a case.
Thanks
