The autodetection for language is very poor. So I typically need to add the language in the notes section. But for some reason it doesn't link this to the patient. So if I select Chinese and English for a patient, every session I have with the same linked patient should default to the language settings.

Once you start the scribe/dictation you can't select the language in between.
