Add encounter timestamps and consent statement option in notes

Requested the ability to automatically include a timestamp in the note that shows when the encounter started, when it ended, and the total duration. This is important for billing purposes, and for the need to document session length.

In the top right hand corner of the window, the duration of the appointment is logged; I am in Ontario and some of our billing codes are time-based and we have to document start and stop times. A useful feature would be to have the start and stop times documented beside the appointment duration. Alternatively embed the start and stop times and appointment duration at the bottom of the note.

Encounter Start: Displayed on the top left of the session.
Total Duration: Shown with a clock icon in the top right corner of each session

However, we don't currently display the session end timestamp. Does the information above meet your billing needs, or would the end timestamp be helpful to see?

Shreyank from Heidi yes we need start and stop timestamps. I had my templates set up to include start/stop timestamps at the end (based on the actual session times in the transcript) and it worked perfectly for a while until suddenly this past week it is a mess - refuses to recognize the timestamps in the transcript and keeps pulling INCORRECT time data from previous notes that are linked in the context - despite explicit template instructions not to do so. What gives, why did this work and then break suddenly? I had found it incredibly helpful for billing to catch encounters that met criteria for longer session billing codes, and to track my efficiency.
