Thanks for sharing this — totally get how extra cursor travel adds up when you’re starting multiple consults a day.

A couple quick questions so we can pass the most useful detail to the team:

1) Where is the “New session” button currently for you on Desktop, and where exactly would you like it (top-right of the main app header, within the patient/session list, etc.)?

2) Is your main goal faster mouse access, or would a keyboard shortcut / “start new consult” hotkey solve it better?

3) Are you usually starting a new consult from an existing patient record? If so, would using the Chrome Extension’s single-click consult start fit your workflow, or do you need this inside the desktop app specifically?

If you can share a quick screenshot of your current layout and where you’d expect the button, that’d be super helpful.
