If this is the case then etterhead/logo upload is on our radar and is actually one of the most-requested features on our roadmap. We have early designs but are still working through a timeline for work.

In the meantime, you can use the template header functionality to insert clinic details at the top of letters - it's not perfect for logos, but works for text-based letterheads.
