Thanks for the suggestion, Joseph Ryan — an address book for frequently-used clinicians to send letters/reports to directly from Heidi would be a big time-saver, especially if you’re doing this multiple times a day. We’ll share this with the team.

A couple quick questions so we understand what would work best:

1) Would you want the address book to be personal, shared across your whole clinic/team, or both?

2) What details should be stored (e.g., name, clinic, email, fax, provider number, specialty), and do you need groups/favourites?

3) Where should it show up in your workflow—when generating a letter/report, or as a separate “Contacts” area?

Also, as a possible workaround today: Heidi supports pre-populating default email addresses for direct sharing with patients/colleagues. If you tell us your typical workflow, we can better map whether that covers part of what you’re after.
