Allow admin staff to fill-in patient demographic information or allow sticker/screenshot of patient information to be imported to automatically fill in the information

The system should highlight were a discrepancy occurs and then allow you to choose the override. I would suggest that only the patient demographics can be altered by the admin, not the clinical information such as the medical history, allergies, etc.
