We would like our task lists to be shared by pur admin staff. For example, if I was to create a task such as ordering an item or creating a referral letter, I would like to be able to assign that to a particualr team member or my admin staff, rather than myself.

1) I would love to be able to forward my medical assistant a task such as "please get authorization for MRI", "referral to x physical therapy location", "check insurance coverage for orthotic benefits", "diabetic shoe form", etc.
2) My team would prefer to receive the notifications within Heidi.
3) Definitely tied to specific patient
My medical assistant already tries to go through the tasks from the transcript but many of the tasks have already been taken care of before the patient leaves so It would be more helpful If I could send/assign the applicable ones to her directly.

Thanks for sharing this — delegating tasks to MAs/scheduling multiple times a day is a super practical workflow.
To make sure we capture what you need, a couple quick questions:
1) What kinds of tasks are you hoping to delegate most often (e.g., follow-up appointments, referrals, forms, labs/imaging)?
2) Should the assignee get a notification inside Heidi, by email, or both?
3) Do you want this tied to a specific patient/session (so the task includes context/links), or more like a general team to-do?
Also, if helpful context: Heidi can already support multi-user workspaces with Assistant roles and team collaboration, and it can extract tasks from transcripts — but it sounds like you’re asking for a “send/assign to a specific teammate” step. We’ll share your request with the team.

I would like to be able to assign tasks to my admin team members to action. Ie. initiate a referral to another provider or send xrays, cbct to another provider.
I also want to set task priorities. ie. ASAP, normal, hold/pending

And me, this is vital, I'm having to screenshot the tasks lists at the moment which 1. is bonkers, 2. Means they cannot easily click through, 3. They cannot clear them which is leading to clutter and increasing risk of missed task/action. Cheers!

Tasks list is great- good safety backstop- but often the task is to make an appointment or other admin task- so really important to be able to send to my Nurse or admin team, who all have their own plan in the Teams account
