Allow admin staff to see/share Task list. Allow tasks to be assigned to different users.

We would like our task lists to be shared by pur admin staff. For example, if I was to create a task such as ordering an item or creating a referral letter, I would like to be able to assign that to a particualr team member or my admin staff, rather than myself.

And me, this is vital, I'm having to screenshot the tasks lists at the moment which 1. is bonkers, 2. Means they cannot easily click through, 3. They cannot clear them which is leading to clutter and increasing risk of missed task/action. Cheers!

Tasks list is great- good safety backstop- but often the task is to make an appointment or other admin task- so really important to be able to send to my Nurse or admin team, who all have their own plan in the Teams account
