Allow global template editing

Allow global instructions to be applied to multiple custom templates:
for example:
(Use full sentences and paragraph format except for Past Medical History and Next Steps. Always refer to the patient by first name. Don't include the section headings in the output. Use NZ English with avoidance of American English, for example "vulval" instead of "vulvar", and include Macrons in any Māori words. Never refer to the doctor dictating the letter in the third person - always in the first person. Common medications I might refer to include Ovestin, Dermol, Ginet, Cerazette. As a general rule, I will almost always use medications that are listed on the NZ Formulary. Use "umbilicus" instead of "belly button". Avoid "scan", refer to "ultrasound", "CT", "MRI", etc. as appropriate. Avoid using "she" at the start of a paragraph, use the patient's first name. )
I add this to every template, and when I change it i have to copy and paste to multiple templates.

Hi Simon, thanks for reaching out. My name's Jacob, I'm part of the product team here at Heidi.
I understand what you're saying and it makes complete sense. We'll consider this feedback for our upcoming roadmap, I can absolutely see why it'd be valuable when using Heidi at scale.
If possible, it'd be great to get a bit more information from you, how many templates are you using within your practice, how big is your team, and what type of work do you do with Heidi?

Thanks Jacob. I have four main templates (clinic letter, follow up letter, colposcopy letter [colposcopy is a procedure for looking at the cervix - the letters generally follow a specific pattern, hence the separate template] and post op follow up letter). I'm just a team of one - a gynaecologist. I started using Heidi as a dictation tool but switched to using it for transcription (although occasionally I still just dictate).
