I would like my Medical Assistant (MA) to be able to log on for me, prep my charts, upload any records, download any after visit summaries, etc. She could potentially start my visits for me, then I can take over when I get in the room. She wouldn't have access to updating templates or any other admin functions. I have the "Scribe Plus" plan currently and don't want to necessarily pay extra for her to have her own account; she does not have any of her own patients.

and I have no idea how much a "Practice" plan would cost, but since I'm a solo practitioner I doubt it would be worth the increased cost.

Hi Renata Chalfin, thanks for sharing that feedback. Right now, assistants are free users on our Practice plans, and they have access to do all the tasks you mentioned above (including pre-charting and managing your sessions on Heidi), without having full admin access.
