I love the upcoming session feature but it rarely works for me because my EMR does not print CSV format, so I resort to screenshots. My EMR also doesn't indicate whether its AM or PM, meaning Heidi will misinterpret a 9 am session as 9 pm, or 1 pm session as 1 am. This has led to inefficiencies since I'm hunting for a given session between the past and upcoming tabs, and the order is often distorted as well.

I'm requesting better context recognition, so that by default Heidi favours normal working hours (Between 8am-5 pm), and an option for us to adjust the am/pm manually . This would save alot of time and

Totally hear how the AM/PM ambiguity from screenshots (especially when your EMR can’t export CSV) would throw off the upcoming session list and force you to hunt between tabs. I’ve shared this with the team so we can review better context recognition (e.g., defaulting to typical working hours like 8am–5pm) and the option to manually adjust AM/PM, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from you.
