An automatic task for every patient to confirm dictation is complete

Because I copy the note into my own dictation software, i'd love a task that autopopulates for every encounter to check that I have completed the notes

Hi Laura, thanks for sharing this feedback! Out of curiosity, do you normally check your notes immediately after dictation, or is this something you would come back to at a later date?

I try to do them right away but it's not uncommon for someone to grab me between patients to ask questions or deal with some urgent issue, so then I come back and can't remember if I've uploaded my note or not. I used to use the status to keep track but that feature seems to have gone away.
