Until recently, after creating a note below, I was able to give instructions on what I would like differently. I was happy to use this to correct the overall focus of the summary or to have additional information summarized for specific sessions.

Unfortunately, the field for this below the created note has currently disappeared (browser application on Linux).

I am therefore missing an essential function for which I chose Heidi.
