Customised clinical documents currently appear to be generated in two stages: Heidi first creates the document from the selected template and then applies the user’s personalisation to the finished output. This seems to contribute to slow generation and causes some custom instructions to be applied inconsistently.

Please consider applying the user’s customisation directly to the template before generating the document. The customised template would then guide the entire generation process. This could reduce lag, improve documentation flow, and produce more consistent results.

User developed a detailed clinical customisation that suits his workflow and could potentially benefit many other clinicians. He would be happy to demonstrate it and discuss the template, dictation, real-time personalisation, and documentation issues he have identified.
