It would be helpful to be able to archive or "check off" notes for sessions that have been copied and completed so when my list can be decluttered during shifts where I see 20+ patients.

I strongly agree with introducing this feature!

I would like the option to archive sessions for 15 or so days, in case I make a mistake and need to get back in to copy and paste into my EMR. That way I can clean up my queue, but also not have to delete things forever.

Yes, strong agreement - over even a 'complete' button - to mark the note has been completed and transferred over to the EMR.

As a PCP this would be imperative to productivity!!

It would be good to archive sessions instead of deleting in case tehre is a system error that doesnt save the transcript to the patient file. then have the archive auto wipe after 30 days.

Archive Sessions: It would be great to be able to archive sessions that have already been dealt with so you don't see them in the past sessions list but don't have to delete them in case something happens and you need to review the session again.

Yes I also would like to be able to file my processed sessions, as I have a lot, but do not wish to delete. It would be good to have the option of creating folders (month, year etc) in which to systematically archive sessions for easy access. That would make Heidi just about perfect!

check box feature to check off notes that are finished and hides them from view but not delete them

a way to remove a session off view but not necessarily delete it incase it can be referenced in the future (ie. a way to archive notes that are finished)

Heidi does not integrate with my EMR. Currently I delete my notes after i copy them into the EMR. I noticed Hedi can store the patient for better info on future visits. However, if I don't delete them they pile up and it is hard for me to find the new ones. Is there a way to "archive" notes after I am done with them so they don't show up on my main page?

Yes this would be great, as I've got a huge amount of transcripts.
