Ask Heidi is essential to my work. Probably the most important feature outside of the transcribing. I work with patients who come with multiple long reports and need the Ask Heidi feature to help me explore them for specific information.

Also, Ask Heidi is important for me to be able to question "where did this information come from" with regards certain elements of the letters.
