Assistant upload and sync reports to NOTES

Assistant/Admin to be able to upload blood results/reports to be Synced into doctors notes. Admin intensive task for Clinician, definitely more of an Admin/Assistant task.

- Cumulative blood reports from the various laboratories as well as radiology reports that we receive .
- Mainly PDF
- To allow the assistant to upload these reports and then sync to the doctors consultation notes so the notes can be updated with latest results. So when the assistant has to do patient feedback letters or referrals the assistant can incorporate the new results. We see 6-9 patients a day and do feedback on post-appointment blood results so this would be very helpful as now we are doing it manually or ask the doctor to do the admin task of uploading and syncing results.
