Have Heidi make an audible sound if there is a failure to record or if the mic failures during a session. I start the recording of the session then focus on the client not the recording so I am unaware if it stops for some reason, having an alert would enable me to trouble shoot at the time rather than miss the entire session.

Thanks for bringing this up — totally get why this matters. Once you’re focused on the patient, it’s easy to miss that recording has stopped until it’s too late.

I can see how an audible alert at the moment something goes wrong would let you fix it on the spot instead of losing the whole session. I’ll take this to the team.
