Heidi (which is a game-changing clinical help, thank you) now has a history of many past clinical sessions for me. This acts as a log of the care I've given (regardless of any formal EHR output). As such, I want to audit across past sessions - in my instance, audit across all the joint injections I've done. It would be a simple feature to implement but one that's hugely helpful for the governance of practice, I presume you just need to allow Heidi AI to 'see' across all past sessions. It would be invaluable!

Thanks for bringing this up — totally get wanting to get that cross-session intelligence.
It's worth trying Evidence in the meantime — something like "list my sessions where I did a joint injection over the last 12 months" can get you part of the way there (though it won't do exactly what you're looking for yet).
