Automate naming and saving location of generated documents

It would be extremely helpful to have a segment in the defaults where you could have the ability to 1) construct the name for the document being created - ie. standard options like Patient ID, Date , Document type. This will allow much easier identification of the documents for office work flow. 2) Allow the folder on the local system where the generated documents are saved to be selected rather than forced to use download folder'. - Love the product!
