User wants to start a session from Heidi Remote and have Heidi use spoken patient identifiers or context to automatically name, classify or link the session to the correct patient.

Current behaviour: Heidi Remote does not automatically name or link sessions based on spoken patient details at the start of the session.

Suggested improvement: Allow Remote-started sessions to use spoken opening context, such as patient name, ID or appointment type, to suggest a session title or patient link after sync.
