Automatic side chat opening on the right when opening a client

Tara uses the side chat after each client session to ask questions about the session. She understands all the templates but has questions and wants to edit the treatment plan template for clients. She would like either an auto-popup or a clickable section to open the side chat on the right side, rather than having to type a question at the end to trigger it.
