I want to be able to audit how long my consultions are taking... ie have the option to see an average consultation time over a specified date period (of course ignoring sessions that hace a zero session time). Thanks

Thanks so much for reaching out with feedback. Workspace Analytics is currently a feature in rollout for some of our enterprise customers at the moment so this feedback is very aligned with where we are heading
I'll keep this request on our radar as we continue expending our capabilities and we will update here as soon as there's progress
