Dear Heidi, Batch .wav importing would offer a huge incentive to a broad group of clinicians who are used to dictation offline on a dictaphone and then importing their files. This would transfer a significant amount of time from the clinician to the admin staff and prove a very useful addition. Please consider urgently

Batch audio uploads. Allow session information to be parsed from audio file names (pt id first followed by date etc...separated by predetermined characters).
Batch notes/pdf/docs download later on when all audio files processed and we are available to review on our own time.
This would allow us to concentrate appointment time with patients instead of trying to upload/download files one by one. Especially for those of use with a high volume of patients to see during a day.
Also, the weakest link of this whole process seems to be the audio online recording which at times is less reliable so if we record ourselves off line. This is what I have been doing and for me is more reliable and allows me to to keep original audio files.
Otherwise, great work I am loving the concept.
