Batch deletion of automatically created tasks

Users are frustrated having to manually delete 1500+ tasks one by one when tasks are automatically created by Heidi and not needed. Currently there is no batch deletion option. The user mentions it takes 2 hours to manually delete unwanted tasks. Even though users can select all notes on a page (12 items), with 200 pages it's still a huge amount of work. Suggestion: Add batch deletion capability for tasks to save time.

Thanks for the detailed request, and for spelling out the impact. We definitely want to be doing the admin work for Clinicians like yourself.
I will definitely share the feedback with our Product team working on this.
One option might be using the "Select All" functionality in the Master Task List.
This can be found on the left hand side. Once you have selected one task, you can select all in one go or select one by one.
Then delete in bulk.
