Be able to customise session status labels & colour of status to be more visible

Customising status label: It would be useful to be able to customise the status labels that better align to our own workflows / settings. At present they are pre set to: draft / reviewed / approved / sent - however these terms don't necessarily align with my work processes. I like this feature in principle as it gives a quick way of seeing where each session is within my workflows, but we could do with having greater autonomy over how we name each status.
Status colour: At present it is a little challenging to quickly see statuses at a glance using the colour coding feature (I appreciate you can filter via status). Perhaps the whole session could be highlighted in the colour of the status that is attached to it? This would make quick reviews a lot slicker!

Thank you for posting, Benjamin Needham-Holmes! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific status labels would you like to use that align better with your workflows?
- How do you envision the color highlighting feature working across different platforms (Desktop, Mobile app, Browser)?
- Are there any specific challenges you face with the current status labels and colors that we should be aware of?

- For me the sessions represent pieces of work that are to be completed the preference for my workflow would be: 1) To be reviewed 2) Reviewed (requires uploading to the system) 3) Uploaded to system (to the system I use for client file storage) 4) Completed
- It is more the feature being present on the desktop and browser options as this is where I do the editing of transcriptions. If the whole section highlights (similar to what it does in blue when you have selected that session to view), I think that would go a good way at addressing the ability to quickly see a status based off its allocated colour.
- No addtional ones above what has been mentioned above. I think it is a good feature in principle, it could just do with allowing the user to customise the status name (similar to what you could do for a label in Gmail for example) and have the status colours more clearly identifiable as the current dot system is rather small on both the desktop app and brower.
