Being able to use Microsoft Teams for an MDT meeting, and using Heidi at the same time on the same device to record the meeting.

Microsoft Teams will not work as soon as Heidi is turned on, on my desktop Mac computer and also my laptop. Colleagues have told me this also happens when using Windows desktop computers/laptops.

Thanks for flagging this, Kirsty Dickinson — and sorry you’re running into it. That’s definitely not ideal if Teams stops working as soon as Heidi is turned on. We’re going to dig into what’s causing the conflict on Mac (and potentially Windows as well), and I’ll follow up if we need a bit more detail from you to help reproduce it.
