I have noticed that when I do special tests such as shoulder resisted external rotation, it notes it more under strength testing, if I gave a MMT value, fine to note but if I even said special tested or no pain provoked with resisted shoulder external rotation (or even internal rotation), that is a valid part of shoulder cluster testing and needs to be populated as such.

Also for things like the 6 minute walk test, 5xSTS and others I feel like it needs to know more about what are the scored results and then descriptions of any adaptations to the test as well as symtpom repsonses/observations.
