Bug: Mac desktop app locking note detail UI to "Low" while rendering "High" detail output

I am experiencing a UI and functionality glitch on the macOS desktop app regarding the Note Detail settings. My account default is set to High detail, but the desktop app interface currently displays Low detail for every single note.
Despite the UI showing "Low," the actual generated note output remains locked at a High level of detail. Consequently, I am completely unable to generate a true low-detail note; even if I manually click "Low" and select "Regenerate," the system still outputs a highly detailed note.
This issue is happening across every single note on my MacBook desktop app, but it is not present on the web version, where the settings and outputs work perfectly normally. This is a recent regression that wasn't an issue in the past. Could this sync/UI glitch between the Mac app and the server be investigated and fixed?

The team has just confirmed that this is a known issue for which a patch has been confirmed today. We are aiming to get it out within the next desktop release.

Hi Kare,
I have passed on your feedback to the Scribe team as potential bug, this certainly does not reflect the intended behaviour and it is a good callout that you are not able to toggle low detail sessions as macOS user.
Once there is more information on our side/ a resolution path I will circle back to update in this thread.
