Hey thandavan baratha raj — thanks for flagging this. Quick couple questions so we build the right thing: where exactly are the “recent searches” you’re referring to (consult search, patient search, Ask Heidi queries, or somewhere else)? And is the goal just to clear your own recents, or do you need an org/admin option to clear for multiple users? Lastly, are you after a single “clear all” action, or the ability to multi-select a few and delete those in one go?

Hi Tom, I recently found that the reports were also stored in the evidence section which occurs next to scribe task. I normally delete the scribe task when i completed to leave no traces of the client record, but was surprised to see the reports retained in the evidence section and no bulk delete was available. Spent a lot time deleting individual records which obviously is not efficient. Just as one is able to delete scribe task in bulk by ticking them this should be available for evidence collection of reports thanks Raj
