Button to set session time to "now".

When setting up appointments in advance, often patients are not seen at the date and time. of the appointment. it would be good to have a button to set the actual session time to now or at least to easily edit the session time and date.

Hello Jason Chuen! I have a few more questions for you:
- How often do you need to adjust the session time to 'now' during a typical week?
- Would you prefer the button to be available on the main appointment screen or within the appointment details?
- Are there any specific scenarios where adjusting the session time is particularly challenging?

Tom not Jason, but my answers to your questions:
- I need to do this quite often, as I sometimes want the session time to reflect the actual session start time when the client logs on (I do teletherapy).
- I'd like this option to be in both places for maximum convenience.
- adjusting the session time is always difficult for me, as it seems "buggy". I am easily able to change the date using the calendar date picker, but to change the time I need to type in the numbers manually, and only one field at a time (such as the hour), and then make sure to click somewhere outside the box for it to update, then go back in and update another field (such as the minutes), then click again outside of the box. If I update the time and press enter (instead of clicking outside the window), the window closes but the time doesn't update. This drives me crazy and is really inefficient. I use the desktop app, not sure if others have this issue or if I'm just doing something wrong...
