"Call" function for phone app

The mobile app needs a feature similar to the "telehealth" feature in the browser app, allowing Heidi to transcribe a phone conversation on the mobile phone.

Hi Team,
the call modalities are variable, so phone held to ear, on loudspeaker or via headset (both Bluetooth and wired landline for some of our triage staff). The live transcription during the call would have the respective document/note ready soon after the call has finished, which would be a definite boon in a busy, time pressured environment and cuts out extra steps (e.g. uploading the audio recording), but if there was no major time lag between recording and then transcription and doc/note creation that would be ok. I don't think it would definitively need an off-line option, the use cases where you have mobile phone coverage but no data will be rare imo.
The transcription should offer all the normal options of note/doc creation from templates.
Hope this help, feel free to reach out for further clarification.
Heidi Team
Thanks for taking the time to suggest this — a “Call” mode in the mobile app that works like browser Telehealth (so Heidi can transcribe a phone conversation) is a really clear use case, especially if you’re doing this multiple times a day. We’ll share this with the team.
A couple quick questions to help us understand what would work best:
1) Are these calls on speakerphone, via Bluetooth headset, or held to the ear?
2) Do you need live transcription during the call, or is recording + transcription after the call enough?
3) Any constraints we should know about (e.g., needing it to work offline, or specific workflows like saving to a particular template/EHR)?
