Can you please add a feature to create folders, so transcriptions could be categorised?

Please consider for adding Folders and subfolder so files can be collected in different categories. Like Private patients, Clinic patients, ED patients same like in emails where we can transfer from inbox to some folder. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion, Swapnil Palod — totally makes sense to want folders so you can quickly categorise transcriptions, especially if you’re using Heidi multiple times a day. I’ll share this with the team.
To help us understand what “folders” should look like for you:
1) Would you want folders per patient, per clinic/location, or by type (e.g., referrals, follow-ups, admin)?
2) Should a transcription be able to live in multiple folders (tags-style), or only one?
3) Are you mainly trying to organise transcripts, or whole consults/notes/documents together?
In the meantime, if it helps, you can group encounters chronologically by linking consultations into patient “files” using the link button.
