I am a pro level subscription user.

I want to to be able to ask questions like "Identify all patients who are past due their follow up appointments?" or "show me list of all my patients receiving antipsychotics and do not have a documented AIMS test in the last 6 months?"

I use Heidi to store all my clinical info (test results, screening instrument results, outside records - almost like an EMR). This is not a usable feature if you are only using Heidi for dictation and removing your data every week or every month, but if you are like me and retaining your data, it could be a major improvement.
