Change status to "Sent" automatically when note pushed to EHR

After a note is pushed to the EHR (in our case, Athena), there is no persistent indication that this has already been done. This sometimes leads to duplicate pushes and lots of deleting later on. If the status went to "Sent" after the note was (literally) sent, this would prevent this problem.

I would like to have the ability to set default filters for past sessions.
...For example, default to show sessions with status as "none."
In that way sessions in queue for completion (not marked as "sent") are the only ones seen. Currently, the user needs to set up filtering with every login.
...A nice to have would be a pending session that updates.
