I’d love to see a tool that reviews all of a clinician’s notes from the day and generates five clinical pearls of teaching based on the decisions we made with patients. Ideally, it could:

• Highlight areas where our choices might not have been fully evidence-based.

• Provide references or guidelines that support or challenge those decisions.

• Summarize this as a short, daily digest of key learning points.

This could be a game-changer for continuous professional development and reflective practice. Even better, if CME credit could be awarded for engaging with these reviews, it would make the feature incredibly valuable.

I'm sure you have a robust clinical team, but for what it's worth I'd be interested in collaborating with the Heidi Health team to help think through or pilot this idea if that would be of interest! I think this could be a killer feature for clinicians who want to constantly improve their practice, and would really benefit patients.
